Good quality replacement shock absorbers supplied as a pair and complete with bushes.
To test if your Triumph would benefit from replacement shocks then it should not "bounce" more than one and a half times after a good shove downwards.
When fitting ensure the car is back on the ground before torquing up the shocks otherwise you run the risk of pinching the bushes which will subsequently wear out prematurely.
