	All recon cylinder heads are electromagnetically UV crack tested. They are fitted with new valves, valve springs & valve guides & hardened exhaust valve seats. Stag, Dolomite 1850, & TR7 cylinder heads are supplied complete with camshaft etc, all shimmed & adjusted & ready to fit.			What is a short engine? A short engine is the middle section of the engine assembly, namely the cylinder block. It includes the crankshaft, bearings, pistons; it excludes the sump, oil pump, camshaft, cylinder head.		Our reconditioned full engines have one of the highest rebuild specifications available on the market. Please contact us for further details concerning your model.	Want to know more about the surcharge principle? See here	NOTE: Our used engines usually come from insurance write-offs. We categorise them into two types. Those which we have been able to perform various tests on (compression oil pressure, crank float etc) and can therefore declare them to be running engines and we warranty for 28 days - priced as "used engine note (1)" above. And those which we have not been able to test and therefore do not warranty as good running engines - priced as "used engine non-runner" above. We would advise you to only purchase one of these engines if you are planning to rebuild it, as the condition is unknown.
